Church membership is a commitment to our faith community, where we support and uphold the church’s mission, vision, and values. By becoming a member, you join a family of believers who worship together, grow in faith, and serve the community.
Â
Membership signifies a deeper level of involvement and accountability, providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, and ministry. It involves participating and attending services regularly, contributing to the church’s activities, and supporting its financial needs. Ultimately, church membership is about building a strong, vibrant community centred on Christ’s love and teachings.
For those new to Christianity, our “Next Steps” course introduces the core beliefs and practices of the Christian faith, providing a solid foundation. Baptism is a crucial step, symbolising your commitment to follow Christ, and we offer a baptism course to prepare you for this sacred act. Regular service attendance is encouraged to help you grow spiritually and connect with other members. Finally, our membership course delves deeper into what it means to be a member of our church, covering our mission, values, and ways to get involved. We aim to support you through these steps as you become a vital part of our church family.
